Who is responsible
The controller for this website is PKP GmbH, Schwabentorring 10, 79098 Freiburg, Germany, represented by Olga Kaiser and Dr. Martin Preusse. PretzelPort is a brand of PKP GmbH. You can reach us at hello@pretzelport.com.
What the server records
To deliver a page, our host records the usual request data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string. We use this to operate and secure the site, which is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not combine it with anything else and we do not use it to identify you. Logs are kept only as long as we need them for that purpose, and are then deleted automatically.
Hosting
This site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. They process the log data described above on our behalf as a processor under Article 28 GDPR, on the basis of a data processing agreement. The servers are located in Germany, so no personal data leaves the EU.
If you email us
If you write to hello@pretzelport.com we process your message, your address and anything else you choose to include, in order to reply and to discuss possible work — Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation and any engagement that follows require, and then delete it. We do not add you to a mailing list, because there isn't one.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to processing we base on legitimate interest. Write to hello@pretzelport.com and we will answer.
Complaints
You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Ours is the data protection authority for the state of Baden-Württemberg, which goes by its German name: Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
